To help make your visit as smooth and efficient as possible, we offer secure online patient forms that can be completed prior to your appointment. These forms allow us to review your information in advance and minimize your time in the waiting room. For your convenience, our Notice of Privacy Practices is also available for review below. Call today and Theresa or Debra will help you with all of your insurance needs. We take primarily Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield, but we will help file many others.
If you do not have insurance we have an in house membership program that will help cover cleanings, radiographs, and emergencies. Also, any treatment will be discounted by 20%. There is no waiting period or frustrating conversations with dental insurance companies with this plan. See our about page for more information.
We absolutely get it, but we do not think anybody should fear the dental office. Our team does everything we can to make your visit a pleasant experience. Time is taken to explain any dental need, and every treatment option is discussed in detail. Give us a chance to change your mind about dentistry.
So many people have said they were embarrased when it had been a long time since their last visit. You should never be embarrased. We love seeing patients who have not been to the dentist either at all or in a long period of time. So please do not worry, we understand and would love to become your dental home.
When you arrive paper work will be provided for you to complete. This can all be completed beforehand if you download the forms above. Most patients begin with an initial cleaning visit. Any x-rays that are required will also be taken at this time. New patients will have one on one time with the doctor to discuss any dental needs. If any other dental treatment is required Theresa or Debra will help find the most convenient time for you to return. Predetermination of financial responsibilities can also be completed for your convenience.
Dental pain can become debilitating if not addressed in a timely manner. If you are in pain, please call and we will schedule you as soon as possible to evaluate the problem.
